Love Who You Are

How many of you love what you have in your life right now, today?

Do you love what you have?

Loving what you've got, loving where you are and loving your experiences -- are all keys to loving yourself.

Why would that be so?

Is it because you're supposed to be positive and happy and go through life in "La La Land"? That's great, and it helps, but there's something bigger.

It's because through your thought and your choices, based upon your belief and your actions, you've brought yourself to where you right now. Where you stand right now.

You're the one who brings these experiences into your life.

There's something you believe about yourself and the energy you put out to the world that affects your inner actions, the way you experience life and people, and they just reflect it back to you. The world reflects it back to you.

Learning to grow through your experiences and love them are all part of learning to love yourself.

Many of us have ideas, concepts, thoughts that stop us from achieving what we desire and what we deserve. We have this backwards idea of ourselves. The idea of "I'm not good enough", or "I'm not talented enough" or "not smart enough", or "I'm kind of different from other everyone else". And a big one -- "I'm scared. I think there's something wrong with me. And I just don't trust that I can bring what I want most into my life".

And the big twist when things don't work out the way we've planned, it's not about getting upset about it. That was a huge one for me. Huge. It's not about getting upset about it. It's not about blaming anyone else.

Please hear this... It's not about blaming yourself for what you're experiencing.

Loving yourself is learning to understand yourself in such a way, so as to look at the people, the experiences and the outcomes, your outcomes, and learn what is inside of you that is manifesting your experience. When you do, when you understand yourself on that level, when you learn to love everything, including the people and experiences who show you or mirror to you, who you are, the shifts in your life will become extraordinary.

So here it is in a nutshell. Here it is the number one thing you can do to begin loving yourself... Understand yourself. Understand your own magnificence and to do that is to love all that.

You ARE the good, the bad and the ugly. The parts of you that you like, the parts of you that you don't like, your behaviors, your feelings of "not good enough".

Even the idea that "something is wrong with me". Love every single part of who you are, because it's fantastic. When you can accept that and you have to call it out when you realize it, call it out and then learn to love it. When you love that about yourself, you understand all of you, you understand your own magnificence in doing so. You remove the resistance and the negative energy, self-judgment, or feeling like a victim of others, feeling like a victim of the world.

You were created beautifully and perfectly just as you are. And all the parts of you are here for a magnificent reason. The number one thing you can do to love yourself and change your experience of life is this. And when you do this for yourself, you're going to happen to life in a big way.
